FTC Affiliate Disclosure

Last updated: January 2026

1. Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Compliance Statement

Cashbizly ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to complying with the Federal Trade Commission's guidelines regarding affiliate marketing and compensated endorsements. The FTC requires that any material connection between an endorser and a seller must be clearly and conspicuously disclosed to consumers.

2. Affiliate Relationships

At times, Cashbizly may participate in affiliate programs or partnerships with third-party companies. These relationships may include:

  • Affiliate links that generate referral commissions when clicked
  • Sponsored content or paid partnerships with relevant service providers
  • Display advertising networks (such as Google AdSense) that compensate us for ad impressions
  • Reviews or comparisons that may include affiliate tracking links

When a visitor clicks an affiliate link and makes a purchase or completes a qualifying action, we may receive a commission. This does not affect the price you pay for any product or service.

3. How We Disclose Affiliate Links

We take disclosure seriously. When affiliate links are present on our website, we will clearly indicate them using the following methods:

  • #ad or #affiliate notation placed near the link or within the content
  • Clear labels such as "Affiliate Link" or "Sponsored" adjacent to promotional content
  • A general disclosure statement on this page and in our privacy policy
  • Transparent labeling of any sponsored blog posts or reviews

Per FTC guidelines, disclosures are placed close enough to the affiliate link or endorsement so that a consumer is likely to notice it before engaging with the content.

4. Editorial Independence

Our editorial content is independent and unbiased. Participation in affiliate programs does not influence the content, recommendations, or reviews published on Cashbizly. We only promote products or services that we believe are relevant and useful to our audience of self-employed workers, 1099 contractors, and freelancers.

All calculator tools, blog articles, and guides are developed independently without regard to any affiliate relationships. Our primary goal is to provide accurate, helpful, and educational content to our users.

5. Google AdSense Disclosure

Cashbizly uses Google AdSense to display third-party advertisements. Google may use cookies and display advertisements based on prior visits to our website or other websites. Google's advertising cookie enables it to serve ads to our users based on their visit to our sites and/or other sites on the Internet. You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting the Google Ads Settings page and the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) opt-out page.

6. No Endorsement Guarantee

Affiliate relationships do not constitute an endorsement, guarantee, or warranty of any product or service we may promote. We do not make any representations or warranties regarding the quality, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any third-party products or services mentioned on this website.

7. Your Support Helps

If you find our calculators and guides useful and decide to purchase a product or service through an affiliate link, your support helps us continue to provide free tools and content for the self-employed community. We genuinely appreciate your trust and support.

8. Questions About This Disclosure

If you have any questions about our affiliate relationships, advertising practices, or this disclosure policy, please contact us at [email protected]. We are happy to provide additional information or clarification.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this FTC Affiliate Disclosure periodically to reflect changes in our affiliate relationships or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. Material changes will be noted by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
